The plots of land are located on the bank of the lake Nero opposite of Rostov. Lake Nero is one of the largest natural reservoirs in the central Russia. A total area of the lake is 55 square km. The depth of the lake is from 1 meter up to 4 meters. The lake Nero is very ancient, it was formed in a glacial period. Now the reservoir represents a unique natural monument. It is also interesting: because from the lake the most beautiful views in Rostov are open. Really from the lake Kremlin looks very advantageously. The lake was once the main gate of Rostov (before the railway was built), therefore there is Уfacade of the cityФ. There are two islands on the lake Ц Levski (it is named in honour of the settlement Lions) and Christmas located opposite of Rostov.

In Rostov district you will be offered a wide spectrum of hunting and fishing: spring hunting for a bird, autumn hunting on waterfowl, winter hunting on hoofed animals. Hunting for the fox and hare, elk and wild boar, bear and wolf is very popular. Different kinds of fish are caught in the lake Nero. Winter fishing in a mouth of the river Sary (which runs into the lake) is especially interesting.
